We are creating a convenient process for searching and purchasing housing: we support developers with listing management, attract new users to the platform, and develop additional tools to enhance the service's user-friendliness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• processing applications and managing clients who are purchasing real estate in different cities of Russia (by phone);
• preparing offers for clients on suitable residential complexes (RC) based on an analysis of their needs and capabilities;
• entering data for all clients into the CRM system;
• interacting with developers to transfer potential clients for further consultation.

We expect you to have:

• experience in sales and/or call center operations;
• willingness to work remotely;
• results-oriented mindset;
• ability to communicate freely with people;
• negotiation skills.
