We are looking for a driven Sales Hunter who lives and breathes the US market. This is not a standard sales job – it's an opportunity for partnership with unprecedented earning potential for the right candidate.
Your Mission:
Launch and develop our company's sales in the US market, closing deals with businesses that value the highest standards of due diligence.
Your Responsibilities (Your Playing Field):
- Full sales cycle: from prospecting ("cold" and "warm" leads) to closing deals.
- Conducting compelling product presentations and demonstrations for top managers and HR department heads.
- Developing and expanding the client network in the target segment.
- Systematically meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experimenting with and implementing new sales strategies to optimize the funnel.
Your Arsenal (Our Requirements):
- Proven successful sales experience (1+ year) in the US market (B2B). This is a mandatory requirement.
- English language proficiency C1 and above – you can easily conduct complex negotiations.
- Key sales competencies: needs assessment, negotiation, closing deals, CRM management.
- "Hunter" mentality: proactivity, persistence, results-orientation, ambition.
- Location: residing outside the Russian Federation (for seamless Zoom/Google Meet calls) or in the process of relocation.
