Head of Client Acquisition Team at Avito
Avito is looking for a Head of Client Acquisition Team.

The team is responsible for attracting new corporate business to Avito Work by offering effective recruitment solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of managers: responsible for hiring, onboarding, expertise development, employee growth, team building (the team is in the formation stage);
- Achieving the sales group's planned targets for revenue, efficiency metrics, and new client acquisition;
- Building effective interaction with external partners to generate new leads;
- Increasing process efficiency and interacting with related departments, participating in cross-vertical projects.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience as a Head of Sales Team or Department for client acquisition;
- Personal experience in cold calling sales;
- Ability to build social connections, maintain high-quality positive communication with colleagues and partners, promoting the interests of the company and business;
- Experience in building an effective team, ability to provide feedback, willingness to motivate and contribute to employee learning and development.
