Lead Product Manager for the Sales Team

About the Team
Avito's Sales team develops a product at the intersection of business and technology. From a business perspective, this involves 5 campaign launches per year with strict timelines. From a technological perspective, it involves mechanics implemented in the product for both buyers and sellers.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage one of two sales teams, responsible for the seller interaction scenario, including:
- Controlling the assortment quantity in sales.
- Ensuring the quality of presented goods.
- Building effective interaction with stakeholders, including preparing reports for the Head of Avito Goods and Avito's managing partners.
- Coordinating cross-functional interaction: over 10 teams both within and outside the Avito Goods vertical participate in sales launches.
- Identifying new growth points and promptly launching experiments to ensure rapid product development.

- Experience in complex stakeholder management, ability to defend your position with arguments, reach agreements, and confidently present plans at a high level.
- Ability to quickly and clearly set priorities: focus on what's important and effectively handle urgent, unplanned tasks.
- Skill in forming a strategic vision and the ability to combine in-depth detail processing with an understanding of the big picture.
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces, ideally with promotional mechanics.
- Drive and an entrepreneurial approach: ability to quickly test hypotheses and launch initiatives.
