We are looking for a Head of the Parts Product Unit (Product Unit Lead) at Avito Goods.

The Parts category on Avito leads the used and new parts markets. We have the largest assortment of tens of millions of listings, and our product development level competes with specialized platforms and marketplaces. The product and category are actively developing, and many cool things have already been launched: Avito Garage, the best compatibility database on the market, warranties on parts from manufacturers, which we actively promote in our advertising campaigns.

In the coming years, there are many more challenges ahead: improving the quality of search and compatibility of parts, developing in the commercial vehicle market, step by step improving the overall experience of buying and selling parts, and in general, we are moving towards creating a product for daily car ownership. 20% of the car market is already virtually parked in Avito Garage, but we want more!

What to do:

• Develop the product strategy for the unit and align it with business goals,
• Launch category and cross-category initiatives,
• Ensure progress on business goals,
• Develop a team of 5 product managers.

Requirements:

• Strong product background
• Understanding of e-commerce / marketplaces; experience in auto parts or complex catalogs will be a big plus, but not required
