About the Team:** Today, people open Avito when they need to buy or sell something. We are developing Avito to be a platform they visit every day to follow favorite sellers, discuss purchases and write reviews, read expert content, and get answers to their questions. The unit is responsible for the development and expansion of Avito's key value proposition – the ability for direct interaction between buyers and sellers at all stages of the user journey. We help transform one-time deals into long-term relationships built on trust and mutual benefit.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a unit within a cluster responsible for the private user experience. The unit includes several cross-functional development teams, each with its own product manager, analysts, and designers;
• Create a development strategy and be responsible for achieving its target metrics;
• Be responsible for hiring and developing people;
• Establish communication with verticals and business stakeholders.

Examples of Future Tasks:

• Create tools that help sellers build loyal customer communities around them: subscriptions, content, reputation that works for them daily;
• Develop scenarios that help buyers quickly find people and content based on interests: expertise, recommendations, and the experiences of other users;
• Design mechanics that encourage users to return to Avito every day, even if they are not planning a purchase right now.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has expertise in developing content and engagement features: launched and scaled products related to user and expert content (articles, videos, UGC) that directly impact DAU growth;
• Has experience managing multiple cross-functional teams for at least 3-5 years;
• Can analyze the market, identify growth opportunities, formulate, and implement a long-term stream development strategy;
• Has worked in matrix and horizontal teams and successfully built cross-divisional interaction;
• Can build product growth models, analyze key and proxy metrics, launch and analyze A/B tests;
• Can work in a rapidly changing environment, adapt quickly, and implement new processes and tools;
• Possesses written and spoken English at a B2 level or higher.
