We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the launch of a new product — an AI assistant.

Our goal is to create a truly strong customer assistant that will support them not only during the product search and selection phase, but also further: helping with order-related issues.

This is a new project, so readiness to work in conditions of high uncertainty is especially important here: the future Product Owner will not only develop the product itself, but also help build the direction and team from scratch, establish processes, set priorities, and launch the first key scenarios.

What you will do:

— Be responsible for the development of the AI assistant and the formation of the product strategy

— Identify and prioritize user scenarios with the greatest value for the business and the customer

— Develop initiatives: from hypotheses and business requirements to setting tasks for the development team

— Form and manage the product backlog

— Participate in team formation and process building for the new direction

— Build work with stakeholders: marketing, contact center, content

— Launch solutions, analyze their impact on metrics, and improve the product based on data and user feedback

What we expect from the candidate:

— Product Manager / Product Owner experience of 5+ years

— E-commerce experience

— Experience working with multiple teams or in a cross-functional environment

— Ability to formulate product goals, define success metrics, and translate strategy into a concrete action plan

— Strong analytical skills and a habit of making data-driven decisions

— Good communication, prioritization, and stakeholder expectation management skills

— High level of autonomy, maturity, and ability to drive a new product in conditions of uncertainty

— Understanding of personalization, segmentation, and recommendation mechanics principles

— Attention to customer experience and ability to see the product through the user's eyes

— Proactivity, structured approach, and strong organizational skills
