United company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed as a result of the merger of two market leaders — IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ.
Your responsibilities will include
- Forming the strategy for the development of the cross-border direction and the product roadmap.
- Being responsible for key business metrics: GMV, number of active sellers, assortment, connection conversion, time to market, and unit economics.
- Developing the complete journey for a foreign seller: registration, verification, product creation, pricing, logistics, payments, returns, support, and analytics.
- Identifying key barriers for sellers from other countries to enter the market and systematically reducing them.
- Forming and testing product hypotheses, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Coordinating the work of several product and functional teams.
- Participating in the selection of priority countries and the formation of a market entry model for new markets.
- Being responsible for the end-to-end result of the direction: from idea and business case to launch and scaling.
What we expect from you
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product direction management.
- Experience in the role of Lead Product Manager, Head of Product, or similar.
- Experience in developing marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, logistics, or international digital products.
- Ability to work not only with user metrics but also with P&L, unit economics, and business results.
- Experience in launching complex cross-functional products with a large number of dependencies.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, build funnels, identify growth drivers, and evaluate launch effects.
- Ability to form a strategy and simultaneously delve deeply into product processes and details.
- Experience in managing a team and developing product managers.
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders of different levels and drive decisions through a complex organizational structure.
- English language proficiency not lower than Upper-Intermediate — for working with international partners and teams.
