Product Manager at Wibes

We are looking for a Product Manager at Wibes.

Wibes is a social platform with the ability to purchase goods from videos. We are a young startup in the active growth stage, and this is your chance to influence the product development from the very beginning. Here you don't just complete tasks — you create strategy, generate and test hypotheses, build the product with the team, and see the real results of your work.

What needs to be done

— Be responsible for the development of one of Wibes’s areas and the growth of key product metrics (GMV, RR, ER, time spent, CR); — Generate and test hypotheses: come up with new features and improvements, conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions; — Identify user needs: conduct in-depth interviews, user research, collect and analyze feedback; — Research the market and competitors: study trends in social commerce, analyze similar platforms; — Build strategy and roadmap: define development priorities together with the team, manage the backlog and scope of tasks; — Work with the team and stakeholders: closely interact with development, design, analytics, and marketing; communicate with partners (Wildberries) and other stakeholders; defend product decisions with arguments; — Analyze metrics and data: track user behavior, work with analytical systems; — Implement product processes: build effective teamwork processes, manage the full development cycle from idea to release.

What experience and knowledge are needed

— Experience as a Product Manager in B2C products for 3+ years; — Understanding of product metrics and the ability to draw conclusions from data; — Ability to independently build effective communication with stakeholders, defend your position with arguments; — Independence, initiative, and the ability to work in conditions of high uncertainty; — Ability to communicate in the same language with all team members: development, design, analytics, etc.; — Ability to identify MVP of features and deliver them in a short time.
