The perfume and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko is looking for a Product Owner to lead the gift card division.
The division includes:
- B2C gift cards – plastic and electronic cards for individuals
- B2B gift cards - plastic and electronic cards for legal entities
What you will do:
- Be responsible for the long-term product development and strategy formation
- Prioritize and manage stakeholder expectations
- Conduct market and user needs analysis
- Formulate and set product tasks for the team
- Monitor the implementation of solutions and their impact on key metrics
- Constantly analyze results and improve the product
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
- E-commerce experience
- Experience working with 2 or more teams
- Ability to formulate product goals, tasks, metrics, and decompose them into specific steps
- Understanding of Agile methodology and the Product Owner role
- Understanding of the principles of segmentation and recommendation services
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail with a user-centric approach
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
