The perfume and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko is looking for a Product Manager to focus on developing the loyalty program and promotional block. The focus will be on implementing new promotion mechanics and functionality within the loyalty program.
You will work in the BDO (Business Development) department: the team is responsible for implementing the company's business strategy through IT project management and product creation for functional areas. It develops and adapts company business processes for entering new markets. Project: loyalty system development.
What you will do:
- Analyze user scenarios, identify growth points, and optimize processes
- Focus on the UNIT economics of the loyalty program, propose options for its optimization
- Monitor trends in the loyalty program market and adapt best practices for our system
- Design CJM for both internal users and, most importantly, be a customer advocate and implement solutions that improve the customer experience
- Develop promotion mechanics (with a focus on increasing average check size, purchase frequency), and increase conversion to using promotion mechanics
- Calculate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Work with data: build dashboards on key marketing and promotion mechanics effectiveness indicators, track dynamics, and make decisions based on metrics
- Manage team backlogs
What we expect from you:
Product Manager experience of 4+ years (in marketing, loyalty systems)
Product approach:
- Ability to independently formulate problems, goals, and hypotheses, not just receive ready-made tasks
- Ability to build a roadmap based on business and user goals, not on a list of upcoming features
- Effectively act in conditions of uncertainty, making decisions based on data rather than subjective opinions
- Understand how product economics are formed, how to measure the results of a product and an individual initiative
Marketing:
- Experience in developing a loyalty program
- Experience in creating and launching new user engagement scenarios for the loyalty program
- Experience in scaling existing bonus and promotion mechanics and increasing their effectiveness
- Experience in adapting products for different markets
