The perfumery and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko is looking for a Product Manager who will focus on gamification development. The goal is to increase user engagement through game mechanics.
You will be working in the BDO (Business Development) department: the team is responsible for implementing the company's business strategy by managing IT projects and creating products for functional areas. They develop and adapt the company's business processes for entering new markets.
What you need to do:
- Formulate and develop the gamification direction
- Propose and implement hypotheses that affect TS, DAU, Retention
- Manage the UNIT economics of the project, find a balance between offer personalization and project financial metrics
- Seek new opportunities where offer personalization within gamification projects provides maximum growth
- Build processes for regular, quickly implementable changes and new mechanics
- Develop business requirements and user scenarios
What we expect from the candidate:
Product manager experience of 3+ years in a similar area
Product Approach:
- Ability to independently formulate problems, goals, and hypotheses, not just receive ready-made tasks
- Ability to build a roadmap based on business and user goals, not just a list of upcoming features
- Effective action in conditions of uncertainty, making decisions based on data, not subjective opinions
- Understanding of what constitutes product economics, how to measure the results of a product and individual initiatives
Marketing:
- Experience in managing digital products and creative projects
- Experience launching gamification projects (on landing pages, in the app, in direct communications)
- Understanding how to increase monetization from creative projects and engage new users
- Experience launching products for a mass audience
