APERCON is looking for a Gamification Manager to develop and scale gamification mechanics focused on player engagement, retention and revenue growth in the CIS market.

REQUIREMENTS • 2+ years of experience in B2C iGaming (Casino) in Gamification, CRM, Retention, VIP Management or Promo/Product Marketing roles. • Strong understanding of the CIS iGaming market, player behavior and the full Player Journey. • Hands-on experience with promotions

RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and launch gamification mechanics to increase player engagement, retention and activity. • Manage and optimize bonus and promotional mechanics, balancing player attractiveness with business profitability.
