GAME MANAGER | B2C iGAMING — CIS MARKET

APERCON is looking for an ambitious and structured Game Manager with strong knowledge of the CIS iGaming market.

Requirements:

• 1.5–2+ years of experience as a Game Manager in B2C iGaming.
• Strong understanding of the CIS market and player preferences
• Hands-on experience with provider promotions and campaigns
• Experience working directly with leading game providers and coordinating joint promotional activities
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the game lobby for the CIS market
• Develop and execute provider promotions, including tournaments, Drops & Wins, free spins and special campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with key game providers
• Coordinate new game launches, content updates and positioning in the lobby
• Monitor game and provider performance and analyze key metrics (GGR, NGR, Turnover, RTP, Bets Count)
• Work with CMS and coordinate promotional materials and game localization
