📌Main Tasks: — Manage gaming mechanics after launch: settings, configurations, and parameters. — Plan and launch tournaments, bonuses, promotions, and special gaming activities. — Be responsible for GGR and other commercial KPIs of assigned mechanics. — Analyze player behavior and activity effectiveness, identify growth opportunities. — Collaborate with CRM, Retention, and BI to increase engagement, retention, and commercial results. — Monitor the operational calendar and stable operation of active features. — Formulate recommendations for Product / Feature Owner on further development of gaming mechanics. — Coordinate incident resolution with technical teams.

📌What is important: — 3+ years of experience in Casino Operations / Product Operations / Game Operations in iGaming. — Practical experience with tournaments, bonuses, promotions, gamification, or other casino mechanics. — Understanding of online casino economics and key metrics: GGR, NGR, RTP, Hold.
