We are looking for a junior to join the team that works with web services, loyalty programs, and game mechanics. We are considering both project managers and BA/SA who want to move into product management.

Responsibilities: — gather business requirements and write specifications for development: scenarios, acceptance criteria — manage the backlog: decomposition, prioritization, deadlines — support features from specification to release and acceptance — work with development, design, QA, and analytics teams — analyze metrics and funnels, propose hypotheses — participate in preparing A/B tests

We expect: — at least one year of experience with web products and direct communication with developers — experience in managing a feature: from requirements to launch — ability to understand incomplete information and ask the right questions — Excel: formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions — understanding of conversion, funnels, retention, A/B testing basics — understanding of how the web works: front-end, back-end, API, database — willingness to figure things out when a task gets stuck
