We at Ozon Fresh and Retail are looking for a product manager who will take on the automation of the darkstore network — from the moment the need is formed to the acceptance of goods on site.

What this means in practice:

• 🔍 Discovery — understand the process chain that goes through dozens of microservices and teams, and identify where efficiency is actually lost
• 🛠 Delivery — not just write requirements, but design a solution that is understandable to developers, and bring it to production
• 📊 Event Storming and system analysis — as tools, not just for the sake of it
• 🎯 Ownership of metrics — not only general business metrics, but also your own, custom ones for the product

The product is internal, but with scale: any change in logic affects logistics across the entire country, not just a couple of users.

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience with complex multi-stage processes and who knows how to turn a chaos of wishes into a working solution.
