We at Ozon Fresh and Retail are looking for a Product Manager who will take on the automation of the darkstore network — from the moment of need formation to the acceptance of goods on-site.

What this means in practice:

• 🔍 Discovery — understand the process chain that goes through dozens of microservices and teams, and identify where efficiency is actually lost
• 🛠 Delivery — not just write requirements, but design a solution understandable to developers and bring it to production
• 📊 Event Storming and System Analysis — as tools, not just for the sake of formality
• 🎯 Ownership of Metrics — not only general business metrics, but also your own custom metrics for the product

The product is internal, but with scale: any change in logic affects logistics across the country, not just a couple of users.

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience with complex multi-stage processes and who can turn a chaos of wishes into a working solution.
