Product Owner at IT company X5 Tech (X5 Group)

An IT company X5 Tech (X5 Group) is looking for a Product Owner.

In the team you will:

Formulating product vision and strategy:

• Develop a long-term product strategy and vision.
• Inspire the team and stakeholders with a common goal and understanding of development directions.

Managing priorities and expectations:

• Continuously update and prioritize the product backlog, synchronize stakeholder expectations.
• Effectively manage priorities to achieve key performance indicators.

Coordinating cross-functional teams:

• Ensure alignment between development, design, testing, and DS teams.
• Conduct regular meetings to synchronize plans and results for the development and integration of various modules.

Analyzing market and user needs:

• Conduct market analysis and identify internal company needs.
• Regularly interact with clients to gather feedback and identify their needs in each module.

Monitoring and optimizing product performance:

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each module.
• Implement analytical tools and conduct A/B tests to improve all parts of the product.

Leading and developing the team:

• Mentor and develop team members.
• Create a motivating and supportive work environment.

Managing metrics:

• Define target metric values and achieve them regularly.
• Make management decisions based on metrics.
• Synchronize the metrics tree with product effects and the overall strategy.

Candidate expectations:

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Possess a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
