Job Description The main purpose of the role:
Development and management of digital products, focusing both on creating additional value for customers and the company, and optimizing internal processes through technological solutions, including using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Responsibilities: Strategic Product Management
- Develop and implement product strategy based on the expectations of internal customers and business priorities
- Form and manage the product portfolio and create a roadmap for the next 2-3 years using SDLC technology
- Define product KPIs and track their achievement together with the AI business owner
- Analyze existing solutions and interconnections with regional and global systems to determine how the new product integrates into existing systems
- Analyze the local market and competitive environment, as well as utilize best practices from the AMEA region
- Ensure safe product usage and compliance with IT security requirements for all new AI-based products (tracking changes in the Federal Law on conducting an experiment in AI N 123-FZ) and protection of personal data (Federal Law 152)
Development Management
- Form and prioritize the product backlog together with the AI business owner
- Manage the contractor and build partnership relations with the regional team
- Create user stories and technical requirements
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams
- Manage product releases and updates
- Manage the full development cycle from concept to product launch
- Develop with a focus on collaboration with other existing products and solutions
- Cross-functional interaction with existing teams, systems, and products within the "Syngenta" company
Work with Customers and Stakeholders
- Regular communication and increasing engagement of business units, including customers, business leaders, and the development team, to ensure clarity of goals and alignment of vision with business tasks.
- Conduct customer discovery interviews
- Collect and analyze user feedback
- Create and disseminate the product roadmap, describing the vision, priorities, and direction of product development over time.
- Validate hypotheses and prototypes
- Present results to key stakeholders
Analytics and Optimization
- Analyze product metrics and user behavior
- Optimize user experience
- A/B testing of new features
- Prepare regular reporting
