A Product Owner is needed for IT company X5 Tech (X5 Group).

X5 Group is a Russian retail company that manages the "Pyaterochka", "Perekrestok", and "Chizhik" grocery store chains, as well as the digital services "Vprok.ru Perekrestok", 5Post, "Mnogo Lososia", and the Food.ru media platform.

In the team, you will:

Defining Product Vision and Strategy:

• Develop a long-term product strategy and vision.
• Inspire the team and stakeholders with a common goal and understanding of development directions.

Managing Priorities and Expectations:

• Constantly update and prioritize the product backlog, synchronizing stakeholder expectations.
• Effectively manage priorities to achieve key performance indicators.

Coordinating Cross-functional Teams:

• Ensure alignment between development, design, testing, and data science teams.
• Conduct regular meetings to synchronize plans and results for the development and integration of various modules.

Analyzing Market and User Needs:

• Conduct market analysis and identify internal company needs.
• Regularly interact with clients to gather feedback and identify their needs in each module.

Monitoring and Optimizing Product Performance:

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each module.
• Implement analytical tools and conduct A/B tests to improve all parts of the product.

Leading and Developing the Team:

• Mentor and develop team members.
• Create a motivating and supportive work environment.

Managing Metrics:

• Define target metric values and achieve them on a regular basis.
• Make management decisions based on metrics.
• Synchronize the metrics tree with product effects and the overall strategic direction.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
