Product Manager

We are TrendTech, a product IT company developing products for the real estate market in Russia and abroad.

Five years ago, we started as an R&D center, and today we are a dynamic and independent business.

We are an accredited IT company and a Skolkovo participant.

With the help of the IT platforms we develop, properties worth over 50 billion rubles are sold monthly (according to an internal study of the amount of contracts signed with Developers thanks to the TrendAgent and TrendRealty platforms).

Our goal is to create digital tools that will allow all stages of selecting and acquiring real estate objects to be moved online.

We implement and develop products for B2B and B2C markets:

1. TrendAgent — a platform for automating work for professionals, which allows offering a huge number of apartments from Developers, as well as efficiently working with clients thanks to a large number of advanced online tools.

2. TrendRealty— a platform that allows clients to find detailed information about apartments for sale through integrated technological solutions and prompt online interaction with a large number of specialists.

We are creating an online space that unites all real estate market players — developers, banks, insurance companies, real estate agencies, sellers, and buyers. Our monetization model is based on transaction volume, not advertising.

Currently, our share of the St. Petersburg real estate market reaches 50% (based on information from Construction companies: LSR Group, PIK, CDS, FSK, A101, etc.), and the number of users is increasing monthly.

We work according to the LeSS methodology, and currently, our priority areas for product development are: foreign, suburban, and secondary real estate. What you will be doing:

• Managing the product and its development;
• Conducting analysis of the competitive environment, market, CustDev, and user communication;
• Designing, decomposing, assigning tasks, and controlling the result;
• Analyzing metrics, compiling documentation.

What background and experience we are definitely interested in:

• Experience in successfully creating and launching web and app products (participation in all stages of development) in companies where the IT product is the main one, not a supporting solution;
• Ability to propose product ideas and solutions, and justify them;
• Skills in effectively working with a large volume of information and number of tasks;
• Experience in independently conducting qualitative research (CustDev, JTBD, in-depth interviews, etc., at least 30 independently conducted interviews);
• Successful experience managing a distributed team of 10+ people (designers, QA, developers). We do not have dedicated analysts in our teams, so it is important that you feel comfortable working with data without their support;
• Experience in planning the development team's Backlog 1-2 modules ahead;
• Experience in the role of Product Manager for at least 4 years (and at least 14 months in each workplace listed);
• Experience working with the Agile approach (Scrum, Kanban) for at least 2 years;
• Higher education.
