Chief Product Officer at Petersburg Real Estate Broker (Setl Group)
Petersburg Real Estate Broker (Setl Group) is seeking a Chief Product Officer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and updating the company's IT product strategy for the next 1-3 years.
- Defining the vision, roadmap, and priorities for the entire portfolio.
- Coordinating the work of several product teams.
- Balancing resources, seeking synergy between products, and managing inter-product dependencies.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the product management team (4+ people).
- Implementing and optimizing best practices in discovery, delivery, analytics, and hypothesis management.
- Forming and monitoring key business metrics (LTV, CAC, NPS, Retention, Revenue).
- Responsibility for achieving planned targets.
- In-depth analysis of real estate market players (developers, aggregators), competitors, and technological trends.
- Identifying new opportunities for growth and maintaining leadership positions.
- Communicating the product strategy to all levels of the company (from the team to top management).
- Close collaboration with heads of development, marketing, sales, and analytics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a product team or product portfolio as a Head of Product, Lead Product Manager, or CPO in a product IT company.
- Proven experience in scaling existing products.
- Portfolio of measurable business results (revenue growth, audience growth, key metric growth).
- Deep understanding of the full product management lifecycle: from market research and strategy formulation to launch, iteration, and results analysis.
- Systems thinking and experience working with complex, interconnected digital products or ecosystems.
- Proficiency with analytical tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics), building funnels, and understanding unit economics.
- Strong leadership qualities, experience in building and motivating teams.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Additional advantage: experience in the real estate sector.
- Technical education or background that enables effective communication with the CTO and development team.
- Experience working in companies with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
