About the role:
The Product Manager will increase sales efficiency by reducing the volume of non-sales operations (manual, administrative, and auxiliary tasks) through the development and implementation of self-service solutions for external clients, and the development of tools and processes for sales employees. The main mission is to turn everything into a seamless, automated environment.
Tasks to be solved:
- Transform the product strategy and roadmap;
- Identify and prioritize areas for automation with the greatest impact on reducing non-sales operations;
- Analyze current sales processes (AS-IS), identify inefficient and non-value-adding operations;
- Design target processes (TO-BE) with a focus on automation and scalability;
- Formulate and manage the backlog of changes and tool development;
- Ensure the implementation of new processes and solutions into sales operations;
- Interact with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, IT, etc.).
Our future colleague:
- Has over 4 years of experience in internal products;
- Has experience in product management at all stages – from hypotheses to scaling;
- Knows how to work with product metrics, conversions, and measurability of results;
- Has experience in conducting and interpreting A/B tests, as well as experience with data and analytics;
- Is capable of assessing the product's impact on key business indicators;
- Has experience in product management throughout its entire lifecycle.
