But most importantly, we create a truly useful and high-quality product that helps schoolchildren fall in love with learning and achieve results.
About the product and area of responsibility
We are looking for a Product Manager for the 7-11 grade segment – one of Foxford's key areas. Here we develop courses and individual lessons for preparing for OGE and EGE and help schoolchildren choose the right learning format.
In this role, you will be responsible for key growth points leading up to the first purchase: the product funnel, conversion, number of new clients, and revenue from initial sales.
You will work with the entire user journey from initial student interest to payment, identify limitations and new growth drivers, form the strategy for the segment, and prioritize the roadmap. You will have a dedicated cross-functional team of developers, designers, testers, and product analysts, as well as close collaboration with business and marketing.
What you will be doing
- Understand where users drop off on their way to their first purchase of OGE and EGE preparation products, and improve key funnel stages;
- Be responsible for the growth of first-time buyers, conversion to purchase, and revenue from new clients;
- Independently identify new opportunities and growth drivers;
- Formulate hypotheses based on data, research, and understanding of product economics;
- Together with the dedicated product team, develop and launch experiments, and synchronize goals, hypotheses, and segment priorities with business and marketing;
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and scale successful solutions;
- Formulate and implement the development strategy for the segment;
- Compile and prioritize the roadmap, considering the impact of tasks on business results.
What is important to us
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C, preferably in a growth team;
- You have been responsible for the growth of new users, first purchases, conversion, or revenue and can demonstrate the impact of your decisions on metrics;
- You can independently analyze funnels, identify problems and growth points, and select priority areas without detailed task assignments;
- You are proficient in product analytics, user research, and rely on data for decision-making;
- You can formulate hypotheses and build a regular experimentation process, including A/B tests;
- You understand product economics and bring initiatives from idea to measurable business results;
- You can establish product focus and negotiate with development, design, analytics, business, and marketing teams.
It will be a plus
- Experience in EdTech with the audience of 7-11 grade schoolchildren and their parents, or experience in developing exam preparation products;
- Experience launching your own product, startup, or business;
- Experience in a highly competitive B2C market with increasing customer acquisition costs.
