We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Sferum) at VK.
Sferum is a unified technological environment for communication among participants of the educational process, allowing for organizing online lessons and parent-teacher meetings, conducting broadcasts, creating communities, and managing channels and private chats for classes and schools. They develop modern and technological tools that aid in learning.
Responsibilities:
- Forming a backlog of hypotheses and testing them (research, A/B testing)
- Planning the implementation of new functionality and improvement of existing ones
- Assigning tasks to development, design, analytics, and testing teams, and monitoring their execution
- Organizing communication between team members and related departments
- Defining product metrics and ensuring their achievement
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Manager in a large IT company
- Experience managing EdTech products
- Experience with MAU exceeding 2 million
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (analytics, development, testing, design)
- Ability to analyze metrics and make only data-driven decisions
- Skill in designing and describing complex user behavior scenarios on the service
- Ability to research and segment the audience: conduct qualitative and quantitative research, identify key user groups, their needs, and behavioral patterns
- Knowledge of the intricacies of forming detailed product requirements for design, development, and analytics
- Willingness to create a clear roadmap for several quarters ahead and take full responsibility for its execution
