Remote Vacancy.
Online school Foxford is looking for a Product Manager for a digital product (parent retention and engagement).
Context about the role:
- Foxford works with both students and parents. However, the parent's experience is currently suboptimal, and not all families have a separate parent account. Yet, it is the parent who makes decisions about education, monitors progress, and significantly influences whether a child stays with Foxford.
- We are looking for a product manager who will focus on the parent's user experience on the platform and work to increase their activity and retention. The main goal is to increase family "penetration": to ensure that each child's account has a separate parent account.
Responsibilities:
- Develop features that will improve the parent experience and increase family penetration;
- Collaborate with business, support, and other product teams;
- Manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, assign tasks to designers and developers, and oversee their implementation;
- Conduct user research: problem and solution interviews;
- Test hypotheses through A/B tests and be responsible for metric growth: family penetration and parent activity.
What's important:
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager;
- Experience with products or services that require engagement with both parents and children;
- Confirmed cases of key metric growth through hypothesis testing, including A/B testing experience;
- Experience conducting problem and solution interviews;
- Direct collaboration with designers, analysts, and developers: you will set tasks yourself and guide them to release, rather than passing hypotheses to a project manager.
Conditions:
- Plenty of freedom for creativity and idea implementation, allowing for hypothesis testing;
- The opportunity to make a real contribution to educational products for children and improve the experience of thousands of families;
- Official employment from the first working day, transparent salary (paid twice a month) + annual bonus and annual review based on performance review results;
- Remote work within the Russian Federation or from the office: your choice;
- Flexible start to the day: results are key;
- Equipment provided for comfortable work;
- Health care: voluntary medical insurance with dental coverage, sick leave compensation, and if you catch a cold — a vitamin box will be sent;
- Development: foreign language courses, discounts on Foxford products, access to an online library, and compensation for external training.
Hiring Process:
- Interview with a recruiter;
- Test assignment;
- Interview with the Head of Department;
- Interview with the Product Director;
- Offer.
To apply with a cover letter:
- Explain why you are interested in the vacancy;
- State your salary expectations.
