An educational platform that combines math and English language products is looking for a Product Manager. Over 2.5 million students from 15,000+ schools across the USA use our platform daily. We aim to make quality education accessible to every child, regardless of their skill level, and provide teachers and administrators with convenient, easily interpretable educational analytics.

🔸We are looking for a Product Manager who: – Deeply understands user problems and their daily routines – Enjoys and is skilled at conducting user interviews and designing research – Has independently developed new features within a product – Loves numbers and analytics, willing to spend hours digging into data – Constantly monitors the quality of delivered work and polishes features to perfection

🔸Requirements: – Active spoken English at a C1 level or higher. – Mandatory: residency outside of the Russian Federation and Belarus. – Experience in improving user experience and working with complex systems in an established product – Experience in managing a development team, creating detailed technical specifications, and synchronizing with other teams – Knowledge of UX/UI design principles – Ability to decompose large tasks and work in stages – Ability to formulate hypotheses correctly, set up tests, and interpret results – Ability to structure information, maintain complex context, and distinguish between the essential and the secondary – Analytical mindset, ability to extract meaning from numbers, excellent understanding of product metrics – Communication and leadership skills

🔸Desirable: – Your responsibilities included a significant piece of functionality in a complex service with many stakeholders and adjacent teams – You have significantly redesigned a user journey from entry points to the final target action, conducting XXX UX tests and redoing everything three times BEFORE development – You have had to describe product tasks with a lot of branching logic, are not intimidated by technical terms, and have a general understanding of the difference between microservices and monoliths – You have a higher technical/mathematical education – Experience working as a methodologist or experience in an educational product in a relevant position

🔸Responsibilities: – Research competitors and their functionality – Formulate business hypotheses, test them with the business and end-users – In collaboration with a designer, develop new functionality, describe its technical requirements – Develop an analytics system for new functionality – Analyze developed functionality, evaluate the success of implemented features and their impact on metrics, formulate requirements for improvements – Synchronize with other teams to avoid conflicts
