Product Operations Manager at the real estate search service CIAN
We are hiring a Product Operations Manager for the real estate search service CIAN.
About the role:
- The Product Operations Manager is a new role at CIAN at the intersection of product management and internal consulting.
- The area of responsibility is to increase the efficiency and predictability of product development throughout its entire lifecycle: from idea to release and further support.
- The role operates through processes, metrics, and transparency, and also synchronizes the interaction of teams and functions.
- This is not a position within a product team, nor a role responsible for delivery. The main focus is on diagnosing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and helping teams eliminate them through facilitation, collaborative problem-solving, and launching changes.

Tasks to be solved:
- Conduct regular diagnostics of processes and identify systemic problems at all stages of product creation and scaling.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and dependencies, increase process predictability, and accelerate development at all stages (ideation → discovery → delivery → scaling).
- Improve work rules and standards, test changes through pilots, and scale successful practices of teams and the market.
- Ensure transparency of processes, metrics, and statuses, forming a single source of reliable information for teams and management.
- Support managerial decision-making through structured analytical materials and improve the quality of product decisions.
- Accompany teams as an operational partner: facilitate cross-functional discussions and help teams form and implement working rules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Product Management / Product Operations / Strategy / Transformation / Consulting — from 2 years.
- Experience in building and transforming product processes (discovery, delivery), building process transparency (dashboards, status tracking, reporting, Jira/Confluence or similar).
- Experience in facilitating cross-functional meetings (planning, sync).
- Understand the full product lifecycle and software lifecycle, able to design and implement/transform digital product development processes (discovery, planning, delivery).
- Ability to conduct product research (in-depth interviews, CJM, prototyping, A/B tests, market and competitor analysis).
- Ability to analyze data and form conclusions for decision-making (experience with BI tools, knowledge of SQL).
- Ability to work with product, business, and operational metrics (building and analyzing metric trees, implementing and analyzing development metrics).
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
- Possess a high level of communication: structured, clear, ability to prepare executive-level materials (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
What the company offers:
- Remote work with the option to visit offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Novosibirsk.
- In the office – fully equipped kitchens, as well as snacks, fruits, coffee, and tea, free car and bike parking. Quiet rooms for focused work or relaxation, a massage chair and massage helmet, a "soft zone" with PlayStation.
- Great opportunities for growth and development: in the first months, each employee has a mentor, then a personal development plan and the opportunity to improve soft/hard skills through practice, training, and conferences.
- Voluntary Medical Insurance (DMS) from the first working day (including dental care, hospitalization, international travel insurance).
- 5 days off per year, in addition to the main vacation.
- Benefit cafeterias Benefactory and PrimeZone.
- Each employee receives a cash deposit of 25,000 rubles – you can use it for a fitness membership, training, entertainment, consultations with a psychologist or other specialists, or to purchase items or gifts for yourself and your family.
- Bonus for 10 sick days: CIAN compensates for 10 working sick days per year after the probationary period. If you are on official sick leave for two weeks, you will not lose income, as the monthly salary will be paid in full.
