Tasks:
- Describe main and alternative user scenarios, create tasks for development with acceptance criteria
- Maintain the backlog with the team: decomposition, prioritization, monitoring deadlines, dependencies, and risks
- Coordinate business, development, design, QA, and analytics, maintain a transparent status of tasks
- Support changes from definition to release and verification of results after launch
- Collect feedback and initiate improvements
- Analyze metrics and funnels, identify points of loss, formulate hypotheses
- Together with the manager and analysts, prepare A/B tests and evaluate their impact
What's important to us:
- Practical experience in developing a web product and working with developers
- Experience in task definition, requirement approval, implementation control, and launch
- Understanding of SDLC: from requirements through development and testing to release
- Understanding of web development basics: frontend/backend, API, databases
- Basics of any programming language: you can understand the logic of a simple code snippet
- Understanding of product metrics: conversion, funnels, retention, engagement
- Basics of A/B testing: hypothesis, groups, target metrics, sample size, significance
- Proficient Excel: formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, data validation
Will be a plus:
- SQL, experience with web and event analytics
- Experience with loyalty programs or game mechanics
