• independently define key goals and metrics and monitor their achievement;
• independently form and test hypotheses, transforming them into concrete projects;
• participate in creating a culture of responsibility and innovation within the team, inspire and motivate colleagues to take risks and learn from mistakes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• forming and agreeing on the product roadmap;
• setting OKRs for the team;
• collaborating with the CPO of the product department and key stakeholders, participating in the development and promotion of a compelling product vision that aligns with our company's mission;
• deeply interacting with users (research, custdevs), understanding their needs, behavior, and identifying pain points;
• analyzing market trends and competitors;
• participating in the creation and testing of prototypes;
• compiling and adjusting the work plan in accordance with company goals, implementing it with the development team;
• conducting A/B tests and monitoring the effectiveness of project launches;
• working in close cooperation with designers, engineers, and analysts in a cross-functional team.

We expect you to have:

• experience managing a product team as head of product / CPO / VP of product;
• Data-driven approach;
• experience creating products that solve real user problems;
• knowledge of product analytics and experience in calculating product economics;
• the ability to achieve business results in the shortest possible time and with minimal resources;
• a high level of independence;
• strong communication skills. The ability to engage, negotiate, and lead colleagues;
• a deep understanding of the betting industry;
• experience working in a betting company is mandatory.
