IT company Tangl is looking for a Director of Product to lead the company's transformation into a multi-product management structure. This is an ecosystem architect role: you will define the product vision, manage the launch of new solutions to the market, and synchronize the development of the product line.

The company has a strong managing director who sets the strategic direction. Your task is to take this direction and implement it into concrete product and commercial results.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate a unified product strategy and vision for the Tangl ecosystem, ensuring synergy between the flagship and new products.
• Manage the full cycle of launching new products: from identifying market niches and testing hypotheses to calculating Unit Economics and scaling.
• Build mature product processes across several teams: synchronize roadmaps for the flagship and new products.
• Be responsible for the P&L of the product line, key activation, retention, and ROI metrics.
• Manage cross-functional product teams, ensuring their efficiency and growth.

Candidate Expectations:

• 5+ years in a CPO or Lead Product Manager role in B2B SaaS, PropTech, ConTech, or Enterprise IT. Proven experience in launching new IT products from scratch to market and managing the development of a product portfolio.
• Experience in the construction industry or related fields, understanding how BIM (Building Information Modeling), CDE (Common Data Environment), and ETL data work in construction. Deep understanding of the context and client pain points.
• Ability to build product analytics, work with unit economics, and transform ideas into profitable products.
• Negotiation skills: experience interacting with top management of large companies and navigating long approval cycles within the Enterprise segment.
• A plus: experience working in the Russian construction complex realities, government digitalization, and practical interaction with developers and industrial enterprises.
