We work using Kanban. A flexible approach to development with short iterations and regular discussions of current and future tasks. Minimum bureaucracy, maximum results. No estimates or customers hovering over your shoulder. The main goal is to solve the task effectively.
Tasks:
- Identify and analyze user problems and needs (communication, observation, metrics);
- Formulate User Stories, manage the backlog, describe tasks for developers;
- Support the development process and ensure the delivered solution matches the intended vision;
- Verify that new functionality effectively solves the task;
- Generate hypotheses and validate them with minimal resources.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT in a product role;
- Understanding of how the development process is structured;
- Basic knowledge of technologies used in internet products;
- Ability to draw concrete, clear conclusions from analyzed information;
- Skill to express thoughts briefly, yet fully and clearly, including in written form;
- English language proficiency not lower than B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
