YCLIENTS is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join the B2B CRM platform team for the service industry

Format: hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) Office is currently located between Dostoyevskaya and Mendeleevskaya metro stations, and will move to Tulskaya metro station in June.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep product discovery for key platform areas: analytics, finance, inventory, procurement, and other B2B modules
• Evaluate current features: what to improve, what to keep, and what to remove entirely
• Formulate product strategy from scratch for areas that have not been handled before
• Gather insights through interviews, CJM, JTBD and turn them into clear hypotheses and a roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: development, design, analytics, support

What we expect:

• 4+ years of experience in a product role (B2B SaaS, CRM, ERP is a big plus)
• Ability to conduct qualitative research and make data-driven decisions
• Systems thinking: you see not only the feature, but also its impact on the entire ecosystem
• Readiness to work in conditions of uncertainty and build from scratch
