Intch is looking for B2C and B2B Product Managers Remote | Global Product

Intch is a new format professional networking app: instead of resumes — short pitches, and AI matches relevant connections and collaborations. B2C subscriptions are growing, and in parallel, we are launching a new direction — a B2B product for Sales teams.

We are filling two roles: • B2C Product Manager — growth of the core product: activation, retention, engagement • B2B Product Manager — launching a new product from scratch: hypotheses → MVP → first clients

Role format — closer to Product Owner: backlog, prioritization, delivery. Plus direct contact with the CEO, alongside other product managers in the team.

Who we are looking for:

• 5+ years in Product Management • Experience in B2C/B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or products with a network effect • Track record with metrics (growth, activation, retention) • Strong product sense and hypothesis-driven thinking • Fluent English • Startup experience / environment with fast iterations • Autonomy and responsibility without micromanagement • For B2B — experience launching a product from 0 to 1 is a plus

A plus — experience in products similar to Intch: communities, talent marketplaces, networking platforms, SaaS with social mechanics (trust, matching, retention).

Important:

• Experience in strong products (EdTech, Trivago, Skillbox and similar) • One of the key requirements is a specialized higher education (STEM) from leading universities (e.g., MIPT, HSE, MSU, ITMO, SPbSU or their foreign equivalents)

What you will be doing:

• Own the roadmap for 3–6 months: strategy, experiments, delivery • Drive growth through hypotheses and measurable experiments • Work closely with the CEO, engineering, marketing/sales, support • Conduct CustDev, understand user behavior on a global audience • Make decisions based on metrics, not feelings • For B2B — build the product and processes from scratch
