We are looking for a strong Product Manager who will take ownership of product growth and the 3-6 month roadmap.

⚙️ We are building a mobile-first professional networking marketplace, where the focus is not on "vanity connections," but on real collaborations and value for users. The product is developing quickly, there are many hypotheses.

✔️Who we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management • Experience in B2C/B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or products with network effects • A real track record of improving metrics (growth, activation, retention, etc.) • Strong hypothesis-driven thinking and product sense • Fluent English

❗️Required:

— experience in a startup or fast-iteration environment — willingness to work directly with stakeholders and take responsibility — comfort in the role of "do it fast, test, move on"

Ideally, if you have experience in products similar to Intch - professional communities, talent marketplaces, networking platforms, SaaS with social mechanics where trust, matching, engagement, and reuse are important.

• grew together with the product in a startup or fast-growing company • influenced key metrics, not just "pushed features" • knows how to work in uncertainty and make decisions quickly

⚡What you'll do:

• Own the roadmap for 3-6 months: strategy + experiments + delivery • Drive growth through hypotheses and measurable experiments • Work closely with the CEO, engineering, marketing, and support • Conduct CustDev and deeply understand user behavior (global audience) • Make decisions based on metrics, not feelings • Help build the product function as the company grows
