We are looking for a strong Product Manager who will take ownership of product growth and a 3-6 month roadmap.

⚙️ We are building a mobile-first professional networking marketplace, where the focus is not on vanity connections, but on real collaborations and user value. The product is developing rapidly, with many hypotheses.

✔️ Who we are looking for: • 5+ years of experience in Product Management • Experience in B2C/B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or products with a network effect • A real track record of improving metrics (growth, activation, retention, etc.) • Strong hypothesis-driven thinking and product sense • Fluent English

❗️ Mandatory requirements:

• Experience working on successful products (EdTech, Trivago, Skillbox, and similar)
• Higher education in TOP universities in STEM specialties
• Experience in a startup or an environment with rapid iterations
• Willingness to work directly with stakeholders and take responsibility
• Comfort in a "move fast, test, and iterate" environment

Ideally, you have experience with products similar to HR tech – professional communities, talent marketplaces, networking platforms, SaaS with social mechanics where trust, matching, engagement, and repeat usage are important.

⚡️ What you will do: • Own the roadmap for 3-6 months: strategy + experiments + delivery • Drive growth through hypotheses and measurable experiments • Work closely with the CEO, engineering, marketing, and support • Conduct Customer Development and deeply understand user behavior (global audience) • Make decisions based on metrics, not feelings • Help build the product function as the company grows
