About the team:
- an international company in the health and conscious lifestyle sector — courses and AI products focused on health, movement, and mental well-being;
- operating in the US, UK, and European markets, with an audience of millions of users;
- not an info-business or classic EdTech: 300+ courses are just part of the picture; the focus is on a platform, applications, and AI products;
- marketing is exceptionally effective — there's no need to build an audience from scratch;
- the goal is to become a top-5 global multi-project in wellness in the coming years.
The task is to make the product not just "good," but "excellent." Currently, it is functional but does not yet match the strength of marketing and the scale of the audience acquired.
What you will do:
- Elevate the core product to a level commensurate with the audience scale
- Own the product strategy for the entire portfolio: platform, mobile application, UX, new directions
- Search for PMF for new directions and strengthen existing ones: CustDev, JTBD, MVP, A/B tests
- Identify key value points — from the first impression to long-term retention: habit mechanics, engagement, activation, monetization
- Implement product culture, grow PMs and heads of directions
What we value in a candidate:
- Experience as CPO / VP Product / Head of Product in an international Health & Wellness company or a strong B2C subscription product with a million-strong Tier-1 audience — must have, otherwise will not be considered
- Experience launching products from scratch and finding PMF
- Experience launching and scaling in Tier-1 markets, predominantly the USA
- Discovery, CustDev, JTBD, product research, analytics
- Experience building a product team and culture
- Experience with AI-first products or integrating AI into UX
- Genuine interest in user health — as a driver for decisions
