We are launching a new product line in the foreign market. We are a startup and are looking for a first leader who will head this direction and help turn audience research into real products.
🔸 Who we are looking for A person who is not afraid to start from scratch and is ready to take responsibility for an entire direction. This is not just a "product manager", but a leader who builds the path from idea to product launch and works directly with the CEO. Our model: we offer bloggers paid research of their audience, and based on the results, together with them, we create training programs, applications, and other products for their subscribers.
🔸 Main Tasks – Conducting negotiations with foreign bloggers, verifying the value proposition – Organizing and controlling interviews with the audience, independent analysis of materials, and preparation of conclusions – Assembling a product team for the direction's tasks, including JTBD researchers – Searching for and launching new products based on research
🔸 Conditions – Direct work with the CEO, influence on products, prices, and the team – Employment under a civil law contract or self-employed status – Part-time employment is possible initially
🔸 What is important for the start Will be a plus: – Experience in conducting interviews and analysis independently – Proficient English for negotiations with bloggers – Understanding of the product life cycle and experience with metrics
For the start, it is enough: – Willingness to dedicate from 4-5 hours a day initially – System thinking and ability to see the big picture – Ability to ask the right questions – Self-organization and responsibility
We will teach the rest in the process.
