What you will be doing
- Forming product vision, development strategy, and roadmap.
- Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing requests from internal stakeholders.
- Managing product requirements and the team's backlog.
- Coordinating team work, planning delivery, and controlling deadlines and risks.
- Conducting team ceremonies: daily stand-ups, pre-grooming, planning, and other meetings.
- Acting as a single point of contact for stakeholders from the product domain.
- Participating in Discovery and Delivery processes, ensuring the link between business needs and technical implementation.
- Utilizing AI tools for rapid prototyping and validation of product hypotheses.
What we expect
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in B2B products.
- Ability to form product vision, describe requirements, and manage the backlog.
- Experience interacting with stakeholders and developing solutions based on business needs.
- Skills in task prioritization, deadline management, and risk management.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Will be an advantage
- Experience in Legal Tech, legal support, or corporate law.
- Understanding of corporate governance, share capital structure, principles of identifying beneficiaries and controlling persons.
- Experience in automating legal archives and document workflow processes.
- Practical experience using AI tools for prototyping and accelerating product development.
