DocsInBox IT company is looking for a Head of Product.

What you will do:

• Decompose product strategy into OKRs/roadmaps and prioritize the initiative portfolio.
• Lead the PO and analyst team: set goals, standards, development, and hiring.
• Set up an end-to-end feature pipeline (discovery→delivery): planning, grooming, demos, release deadline and quality control.
• Build a system of metrics and experiments: KPIs/dashboards, alerts, A/B tests, post-release analysis.
• Design key EDI/e-signature flows and ensure compliance with regulations and operator interactions.
• Be a "player-coach": personally conduct interviews and validate hypotheses, bringing successful solutions to development and release.

Candidate expectations:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS products as Head of Product/Lead of Product.
• Proven track record of growth in key product and business metrics and delivering initiatives to completion.
• Experience leading POs and analysts: hiring/onboarding, 1:1s, goal setting and feedback, artifact standards.
• Proficiency in end-to-end management: roadmaps/portfolios, prioritization, discovery→delivery, risk and dependency management.
• Product skills: proficiency in key methodologies (OKR, JTBD, CJM) and analytics (unit economics, growth metrics), ability to design solutions through user stories and BPMN.
• Business acumen: stakeholder management, data-driven argumentation, P&L approach.
• Player-coach: ready to personally conduct interviews/validate hypotheses/prototypes and drive successful solutions into development and release.
