IT company DocsInBox is looking for a CPO.

DocsInBox develops a product that solves one of the most complex and critical areas for restaurants – working with government systems and document flow. EGAIS, Mercury, Honest Sign – all in one window, without the hassle. Currently, 15,000 restaurants use the platform. The core product is not just a part of the business; it's its foundation.

The team needs a Product Lead who will take responsibility for the core of the product. This is not a role about "creating a roadmap" or "managing a backlog." It's a role about influencing the business through the product. You will work directly with the co-founder / CPO and will have a team from day one. Not so much your experience, but your way of thinking is important: they are looking for a person with a strong execution focus – someone who thinks in terms of results, not ideas.

What you will do:

• Build working activation: client connects → starts receiving value → stays
• Figure out why clients leave and reduce churn
• Link every release to metrics: not "what was done," but "what changed"
• Manage a product team and align its work towards results

Who they are looking for:

• You have managed a team and know how to achieve results through people
• You have worked in a growing business and can show your contribution with numbers
• You test hypotheses not only in analytics – you go to the client and see how everything works live
• You read metrics (MRR, ARR, retention, churn) and understand how to influence them
• You use AI in your work as a tool, not as an experiment
