Remote vacancy.
IT company DocsInBox is looking for a KAM Product Manager (Suppliers)
DocsInBox is a SaaS product for restaurants that streamlines document flow and government services (EGAIS, Mercury, Chestny Znak) in a single interface. The company serves 15,000+ clients.
They are currently building a new direction – Procurement ERP, which helps restaurants save on purchases. It includes a "Tender" module: a restaurant publishes its needs, suppliers submit proposals, and the restaurant chooses the best one. This requires a live, up-to-date base of suppliers who respond quickly to tenders – this is the base you will be growing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Seeking a person at the intersection of client service, project management, and product engineering. The main focus is on building a database of Russian restaurant suppliers and activating suppliers for ongoing work with restaurants through our products. An important part of the role is translating manual work into automation and driving these solutions to implementation in the product.
Managing the supplier funnel:
- Finding and validating supplier contacts, maintaining profiles (decision-makers, region, specialization, product range).
- Tracking tenders and calling selected suppliers – up to 100 per week initially.
- For each recurring manual task, formulating a replacement solution and driving it to implementation in the product (independently and with the help of AI developers).
Accounting and product development:
- Managing suppliers after onboarding, demonstrating additional value.
- Formulating metrics for the direction and tracking their progress (number of active suppliers, average response rate, etc.).
- Transforming feedback from suppliers into concrete product solutions and driving them to implementation.
Process building:
- Fine-tuning the offer for suppliers together with the manager.
- Setting up, launching, and managing the funnel in CRM (Bitrix24).
- Describing and establishing the process for working with and maintaining the supplier database.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in KAM/client management (repeat sales, LTV growth) or experience in B2B sales, ability to manage a client from first contact to payment and growth, selling complex products.
- Practical experience with AI tools (Claude, agents) – not just trying them out, but having personally built skills, automated routines, and ready to provide specific examples.
- Experience setting up CRM and funnels – documenting statuses, steps, agreements.
- Willingness to personally and actively call suppliers.
What is important:
- A "builder" mindset: not just "making 100 calls," but "building a system that makes 100 calls for you."
- Self-driven: setting your own tasks, not waiting for daily control.
- Calm attitude towards uncertainty – products and processes change on the go.
To apply with a cover letter:
- Write in 10 sentences about your experience in client interaction and working with AI tools.
