Customer Success Manager / Account Manager
MAXMA (from Max Marketing) is a high-tech SaaS product, a loyalty and marketing communications platform that guarantees a sales increase of ~25%. Our clients include Conso, Gate31, Norbert, Traektoria, Apteki Farma, and over 200 other satisfied networks. Previously, we developed CRM at Lamoda.ru with almost the same team.
What awaits you:
- Active development of relationships and long-term cooperation with existing clients;
- Communication with marketers and top brand representatives from the client side;
- Launching marketing mechanics beneficial to a specific brand (e.g., loyalty program, triggered emails, referral program, promotions, etc.);
- Monitoring the brand's business metrics (revenue, average check, etc.) and providing recommendations for their improvement;
- Developing marketing activities for the brand (that have proven successful with another client);
- Providing consulting support to clients on the personal account, our capabilities, product, and marketing;
- Setting and monitoring the completion of tasks related to the technical aspects of the project;
- Handling objections and disagreements with the client to maintain the relationship.
Who we are looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in client service;
- Experience with CRM / Direct Marketing / Digital Marketing;
- Knowledge of B2C marketing specifics;
- Knowledge of marketing tools;
- Ability to listen to the client and identify their needs;
- Ability to plan your own working time and distribute tasks.
