Product company. Our product is a cross-channel email marketing platform for IT companies and SaaS services. We have been operating since 2015. Every day, 700 customers send 12 million emails. Our clients are mainly medium and large businesses with deep integrations. Examples of clients: SKB Kontur, Selectel, Smartavia, Dnevnik.ru, SkillFactory, Banki.ru.

What will you do?
Help clients accomplish their tasks on time.
Tasks
- Help clients accomplish their tasks on time
- Help set up automations. For example, trigger sequences or segments
- Help create specifications for integration
- Write articles and document processes
- Train junior colleagues and learn from senior ones

- Tilda for writing articles for clients
- Confluence for internal procedures
- FigJam for visualizing integrations

What we offer
- 55,000 RUB for Level 1 specialists
- 70,000 RUB for Level 2 specialists
- 95,000 RUB for Level 3 specialists
- 50,000 RUB bonus for writing a client case study
- Amounts are stated "net" ("na ruki") after tax deductions
Work conditions
- Remote work: Working schedule Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time.
