What you need to do:
- consult legal entities on a wide range of issues (chats+calls)
- apply programming basics and use Python at a basic level
- use neural networks for prompt composition and prompt customer issue resolution
- analyze logs and write code.
We expect you to:
- still be studying or have already graduated from college or university
- be ready to work remotely (Tula city and Tula region)
- be friendly and ready to help
- be ready to develop and learn the intricacies of our processes
- be ready to use AI in daily work (training at the company's expense — we have our own courses).
