Technical Support Specialist (L2 Support, with English)

We are already over 700 people, and due to the company's active growth, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for our team.

Candidate Requirements:

• From 1 year of experience in L1/L2 support;
• Experience with ticketing systems;
• Analytical approach to problem-solving;
• English level B2+

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of database operations (SQL knowledge);
• Experience with Python for writing automation scripts.

What will you be doing?

• Provide interaction with users: process incoming requests (tickets, calls) and resolve them;
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with hardware and/or software;
• Work with accounts and access, creating and managing accounts;
• Escalate requests or incidents to the next level of support team;
• Coordinate actions with other teams or departments to resolve user issues.
