We are building a technologically advanced fintech company, IT Kontakt: since 2019, we have been creating modern digital platforms that simplify processes, reduce costs, and increase the security of housing acquisition transactions. Thanks to our work, many people around the world have been able to fulfill their dream of owning a home. We are already over 700 people, and due to the company's active growth, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in L1/L2 support;
• Experience with ticketing systems;
• Analytical approach to problem-solving;
• English level B2+

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of database operations (SQL knowledge);
• Experience with Python for writing automation scripts.

What will you be doing?

• Provide interaction with users: process incoming requests (tickets, calls) and resolve them;
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with hardware and/or software;
• Work with user accounts and access, creation and support of accounts;
• Escalate requests or incidents to the next-level support team;
• Coordinate actions with other teams or departments to resolve user problems.
