Client Support Specialist/Account Manager

"1C-Rarus" is an accredited IT company of federal scale that has been successfully operating in the market for over 30 years. Today, "1C-Rarus" is a holding company with a wide regional network: the company's branches are represented in 17 cities of Russia and beyond.

We are actively developing the cloud services direction and building long-term partnerships with clients. To strengthen this area, we invite a Client Support Specialist (Account Manager) to join our team.

Tasks:

• Working with existing corporate clients on projects in the field of providing cloud services
• Drafting additional agreements, preparing primary documentation
• Working with accounts receivable
• Supporting current clients on issues related to the Company's services
• Participating in negotiations with client representatives
• Working in a CRM system based on 1C

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in client support in B2B (any field: telecom, SaaS, banking, accounting, integrators, services)
• Communication skills, business correspondence skills
• Higher education (IT, Economics)
• Will be a plus: knowledge of network or server infrastructure, experience with 1C
