Your responsibilities will include:
- Caring support for mentees (students) and mentors: communication via Telegram, processing new applications, creating pairs in chats, answering questions, selecting mentors for mentees.
- Maintaining an internal CRM system with great attention to detail: filling out student profiles, managing class schedules, generating payment links, etc.
- Guiding applications to the paying customer status: timely follow-ups to move the client to the next step, prompt responses to client inquiries.
- Careful attention to your daily work, generating ideas for optimizing business processes to speed up work, improve service, and increase business metrics.
Our goal is to ensure the user's journey on the service is as comfortable and fast as possible.
What we offer:
- Salary during the probationary period (3 months): 35,000 ₽. Payments are made through self-employment status. Salary review after the probationary period up to 45,000 ₽/month.
- Work schedule 2/2, from 9 AM to 8 PM Moscow time.
- Fully remote team.
- The first stage of selection is a test assignment.
